These foods will help prevent bloating, improve digestion and make your stomach flatter. Nutritionist Cassandra Barnes revealed to  the Daily Mail  the top 10 foods that will help it to:

Garlic –  its antifungal and antibacterial properties have a beneficial effect on digestion and stomach.

Kimchi –  a traditional Korean dish of fermented foods prepared with grated sauerkraut. It is similar to our sauerkraut, but there are many types of vegetables and spices. It acts as a natural probiotic and is excellent for digestion.

Artichoke –  excellent source of inulin, soluble fiber, and are excellent for digestion because of its effect probiotičnog.
