Most San Francisco retail may reopen for pick-up and delivery on Monday, Breed announces

San Francisco Mayor London Breed announced Wednesday that all retail businesses in the city would be permitted to reopen in a limited capacity on Monday, May 18, as long as local hospitals do not see an unexpected surge in hospitalizations over the weekend.
